The Importance of Wedding Photography (and your Wedding Photographer!)
If you're here, that PROBABLY means that you know you want a wedding photographer on your wedding day, so I probably don't have to do much convincing there...but JUST IN CASE, my little snippet of a speech remains the same! Photographs (even cell phone snaps) of everyday moments can mean the WORLD to you several years from now, so just imagine the emotional impact of having hundreds of professional photographs from the most perfect day of your life (so far!) taken by someone who cares about you, your fiance, your family, and your friends, just as much as they do their own! Jeff and I do everything in our power to capture each wedding as if it were ours all over again, knowing just how excited you are about your big day and exactly which moments are the most important to you. We make sure to take the time to get to know you LONG before your wedding day so that you know you have two more friends there, ready to help out with whatever you might need (on top of taking those perfect photos!) ;)

Jeff and I have had the absolute JOY of serving other couples for several years now and I couldn't imagine a more perfect job description! I say that because us showing up on your wedding day and taking photographs is only ONE of the things you get when you choose to invite us to be a part of your perfect day. Some of my favorite moments are those leading up to the actual wedding where we get to know each other! As cheesy as that may sound, I always tell my clients that I don't want to be just "another vendor" that shows up to do a job, deliver a product, and then you never hear from me again; I absolutely LOVE hearing all about your love story, getting all of the details about what you have planned for your wedding, what's most important to the two of you (in your photos and in your life!), and learning what your plans are AFTER the big day. our PROCESS
As you've probably noticed, I love getting to know each of our couples prior to the wedding day, whether it be over the phone or in person while sipping a cup of coffee! After doing this over the past few years in various specialties, it's become obvious how much of a difference it makes when an actual relationship is formed as opposed to sticking to strictly "Vendor-Client" communication (snooze fest...) I promise I'm not going to be replacing your BFF or anything (because, RUDE.), I just want you guys to be able to be comfortable around me and my camera when it comes time for your wedding day! Nothing is more awkward than some STRANGER that stands behind a camera and counts to 3 all day... (I mean, I might count every now and then, but I at least make it fun! Trust me, some people don't know to smile unless there's a "3", it's a thing...) ANYWAY. Moral of the story: If we know you guys as a couple, we know what's most important to you and can best capture that on your wedding day! If you know us, then you'll be totally natural in front of the camera (I promise!) and only have to focus on having a blast when you marry the love of your life. :)

Once you've taken a good look around at our portfolio, checked out a blog post or two, maybe taken a peek at a complete Wedding day or Engagement session, and decided that we're a good fit for each other, simply fill out this form and we'll get the ball rolling on creating your perfect Collection!
We've tried to make our booking process as painless as possible. ;) Once we know exactly what coverage you want on your wedding day, we'll send you a digital brochure that lists all of your package options; from there, you can pretty much choose your own adventure! Select only what you want, leave blank what you don't, send it off to me, and in no time you'll have your own customized Wedding Agreement in your inbox! The final steps needed to OFFICIALLY secure your wedding date are a signed Agreement and a 30% retainer. From that point on, payments can be made as often as you'd like up until two weeks prior to your wedding date! As always, we're here every step of the way should you have any questions. I'm always up for an email, phone call, lunch, or coffee date to go over any questions you may have come up with over time or even just to chat about wedding planning! :) We've been at this a while now, so we've got a few buddies in the business that we LOVE to refer if you're ever in need!
our COLLECTIONS
As I already mentioned, our goal has always been to offer authentic, affordable wedding photography that caters to Brides of all budgets! We've done this by doing away with the confined "package" deals and opening up this selection to you; don't like something? Don't add it! Want more coverage instead of an Engagement session? DONE. This is totally up to you! The other piece that's completely your call is the payment plan; after the 30% retainer due at signing, the remaining balance can be split up into $20 increments if that's what you want. You. Do. You. :)
Just to give you an idea of Collection pricing, I've included the starting price for what we consider to be "complete" coverage (we've found that 6 hours can typically cover MOST wedding day events and details, depending on your personal timeline) as well as the average price spent on most packages (couples wanting all day coverage, an additional portrait session, and heirloom quality photo products to remember their wedding day by typically book in this range).
